The development will transform 16 acres on the Health Sciences Campus, at the heart of which is the new School of Medicine Columbia featuring a 310,000 GSF biomedical education and research facility.

The new building seamlessly integrates complementary uses focused on biomedical education and interdisciplinary research, designed to foster collaboration and leverage advanced technology.
Diversity
We're dedicated to including minority and women-owned businesses, with a 30% participation goal for design and construction contracts.

Project Timeline
