The development will transform 16 acres on the Health Sciences Campus, at the heart of which is the new School of Medicine Columbia featuring a 310,000 GSF biomedical education and research facility.

We're dedicated to including minority and women-owned businesses, with a 30% participation goal for design and construction contracts.
